In November 2011, the Friends of the Plymouth Pound Adoption Center opened its doors at the Mall in Kingston. The adoption center offers a free "Pet Food Bank" to help those having financial difficulty feeding their pets. The pet food bank is open to the public during open hours. Walk-ins welcome. Donations to the pet food bank can also be made and are greatly appreciated.

In addition, FPP also has an active foster care program for displaced dogs and cats. These volunteer "foster homes" provide loving "transition" homes for animals while they await adoption.

Friends of the Plymouth Pound does not receive any state or local funding to maintain or operate any of its programs. (including the Cat Adoption Center). The group relies solely on the generosity of donations from the general public. Donations can be made by clicking on the PayPal button below. Donations are also graciously accepted at the adoption center location.

Please note: We are not affiliated with the Town of Plymouth Animal Shelter in Cedarville. They can be reached directly at 508-888-1186.
